3. What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the claim promptly (typically within 3–5 business days)
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim appears valid
- Notify the party who posted the content, where applicable
4. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to contact@thestudentscholarships.com including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content from, and restrict the participation of, any contributor or commenter who repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others.
6. Misrepresentation Warning
Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting a notice.
